Working principle
Powdered materials are fed into a sealed container in a hopper. Due to the effect of hot air flow, the powder is suspended and circulated in a fluidized state, achieving uniform mixing. At the same time, a mist like binder is sprayed to wet the powder in the container, causing the powder to solidify into loose small particles. At the same time, due to the efficient drying of the hot air flow, the water continues to evaporate, and the powder solidifies continuously. The process is repeated to form ideal and uniform multi microporous spherical particles. The mixing, granulation, and drying processes are completed in one go in the container. Perform t-test on the results using the moisture content and disintegration time of solid preparations as evaluation indicators. Result: There was a significant difference (p<0.01) between boiling drying method and traditional drying method when drying solid preparations.
